Arduino band decoder connections

• switch JP1 jumper to programable arduino
  
• connect USB/UART interface for programing arduino mini board to SV1
  
• upload the arduino code
• switch JP1 jumper to DB9 CAT
  
• connect TRX
  
  If connect trx CAT with PC logbook, do not connect TX wire from decoder (2↔4).
