Open Interface FSK configuration

1. Download EXTFSK and copy to you MMTTY directory
2. in MMTTY setup select PTT&FSK Port as EXTFSK
3. Misc tab settings TX Port select COM-TxD(FSK) {<br>}and USB port options select C
4. After close setup peset EXTFSK window FSK-DTR/PTT-RTS
